3 years ago today, on the pink full moon, my wonderful dad Saville Shela died of Covid. Today and everyday I marinade in his embodied heart.
All his family and friends do.

3 years on, the global nervous system is in the cauldron, integrating the what was, the what is and the what on earth will be….

Today, I honor and acknowledge all the dead and all the living. Our trembling and tendering.

I offer my endless gratitude to the hundreds of hours, months and years dancing on @zoom with all varieties of tears and love.

I thank all the musicians and the songs that keep us leaning towards ecstasy.

Thank UUUU to every single human and every dancer, elder, wise youth, baby, teenager, grandparent, uncle, auntie, animal, cuddly toy, plant, sofa, bed, park, apartment, hospital + home.

The Compass + Feelings with @the360.amberryan

Kinkara, Costa Rica

We will dive into @the360emergence core- curriculum mapping, to hone our human acuity, that in-turn emboldens our embodied sensorial gyroscope.

The 360 Compass is the first doorway in. It is a progressive physical gift set of modern and ancient techniques interlacing ecstatic dance, movement study, and yoga nidra.

In FEELINGS we will expand our range of expressive understanding and become intimate with our frequency of body feelings. The loud ones that run the show and the wiser textures on the side stage.

We will get together with all our nuance and let the orchestra of characters be finely tuned.

@the360.amberryan and I await you in the fecund fertile land of Kinkara, where the green fuse of life will reset your internal heart centered compass.
